- Director Finance: MBA in Finance, ACMA, ACCA, or part-qualified CA with at least 10 years of public-sector project accounting experience.
- Procurement Specialist: BE, BBA, MBA, or equivalent qualification, relevant professional certification, and at least 8 years of public procurement experience.
- M&E Expert: ME or Master's degree in Economics, Statistics, Project Management, or equivalent with 8 years of relevant experience.
- Engineers (Civil, Electrical, Mechanical): Relevant BE degree from an HEC-recognized university with 7+ years of field experience.
- Admin/HR Officer: BBA, MBA in HR, or equivalent with 5 years of relevant experience.
- Accounts Officer: B.Com, M.Com, ICMA (Inter), or equivalent with 5 years of relevant experience.
- Office Assistant: Bachelor's degree (14 years of education) and at least 3 years of experience.
- Driver: Middle qualification, valid LTV/HTV license, and 5 years of driving experience.
- Naib Qasid: Primary or Middle qualification with at least 2 years of office support experience.
