Role Overview
As the Course Director for UX, UI, and AI, you will hold the keys to IxDF's core curriculum. You won't just follow industry trends—you’ll set them. You will decide what hundreds of thousands of designers learn next, working alongside design legends like Don Norman and Vitaly Friedman, as well as Design Leads from Netflix, Meta, Adobe, and LinkedIn.
What You'll Do
- Curate & Architect: Identify emerging skill gaps in UX, UI, and AI to design step-by-step learning sequences for career changers and senior pros alike.
- Partner with Icons: Reach out to world-renowned design experts, invite them to teach, and transform their raw expertise into world-class courses and Master Classes.
- Integrate AI: Pioneer personalized AI learning paths, interactive feedback systems, and workflows that combine AI with human-centered leadership.
- Travel & Produce: Work remotely from home, with occasional travel (4–6 times per year) to film course content in professional studios globally.
Who You Are
- You bring 10+ years of hands-on design experience (30 is not too many!).
- You have the confidence and network to engage industry leaders and pitch big opportunities.
- You actively use AI tools to research, structure, and execute faster without sacrificing creative quality.
- You are located within time zones UTC-6 (e.g., Austin/Chicago) to UTC+8 (e.g., Singapore/Perth).
