Role Overview
In this high-impact remote position, you will transition from teaching hundreds to educating hundreds of thousands. You’ll be responsible for planning, structuring, and creating core course material, practical exercises, and assessments across UX, UI, human-centered design, and AI. Best of all, you will co-create educational experiences alongside design legends like Don Norman and Vitaly Friedman, as well as Design Leads from Netflix, Meta, LinkedIn, and Adobe.

Key Requirements
- At least 5 years of hands-on design experience (UX, UI, HCI, or AI).
- Proven experience running workshops, mentoring, or creating educational curricula.
- A built project you can show (a course, workshop series, teaching app, or live Master Class).
- Mastery in turning complex topics into clear, engaging, step-by-step learning paths.
- Enthusiastic about using AI natively to research, structure, and build content faster.
- Located in time zones between UTC-6 and UTC+8 (includes Europe, the Americas, Africa, and parts of Asia).
