Role Overview

Key Responsibilities
- Design, code, test, and deploy interactive applications, custom interfaces, and bolt-on solutions for PeopleSoft HCM.

- Manage change processes, troubleshoot application issues, and apply delivered PeopleSoft Upgrade Manager (PUM) images.
- Research emerging technologies and AI opportunities to improve development efficiency and user experience.
Qualifications
- Experience: 5+ years as a PeopleSoft developer supporting HCM modules (HR, Payroll, Benefits, Time & Labor, Self Service).
- Technical Mastery: In-depth proficiency with PeopleTools (Application Designer, PeopleCode, Application Engine) along with SQL and SQR.
- Modern Tech Skills: Working knowledge of HTML5, CSS, XML, and JavaScript.
- Methodologies: Solid background working within Agile and Waterfall project environments.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent practical experience.
