Role Overview
In this high-impact position, you will own the commercial foundation of Prove’s global reseller strategy. Reporting directly to the VP of Channels & Partnerships, your primary mission is to source, structure, and launch high-impact OEM and Reseller agreements with core banking giants like Fiserv and Jack Henry, turning their platforms into massive engines for ARR.
Key Responsibilities
- Deal Sourcing & Closing: Lead end-to-end negotiation and structuring of complex partnership agreements with strategic fintech, identity, and banking infrastructure partners.
- Revenue Ownership: Drive partner-sourced ARR quotas by accelerating pipeline generation and managing post-signature commercialization.
- GTM Mobilization: Build scalable enablement playbooks and partner with internal marketing and sales teams to equip partner forces for success.
- Program Architecture: Design and refine Prove's partner frameworks, pricing models, and operational processes to support hyper-growth.
What You Need to Succeed
- 7+ years of total experience, with 3+ years dedicated to closing tech or fintech Reseller and OEM deals.
- A verified track record of exceeding partner sales quotas.
- Deep familiarity with core banking environments (e.g., Fiserv, Jack Henry, FIS) is strongly preferred.
- Technical fluency with APIs, high commercial grit, and a discovery-first mindset.
- Willingness to travel up to 25% for partner alignment and key industry events.
