Role Overview
Tines is an intelligent workflow platform that applies AI and automation to power critical processes for enterprise heavyweights like Canva, Databricks, Kayak, and Intercom. As a Deal Desk Analyst, you will act as the operational engine of day-to-day sales deals. You will keep the field unblocked by delivering rapid quote turnarounds, managing order forms, routing approvals, and maintaining flawless data quality within Salesforce and CPQ tooling.
- Work Setup: 100% Remote (Must be based in the Pacific Time Zone)
- Target Compensation: Base salary up to $127,000 + 10% target bonus
- Core Mission: Serve as first-line support for Sales reps, maintain pipeline hygiene, optimize DealHub workflows, and partner cross-functionally with Finance and Legal to close complex deals.
What You Bring
Tines is seeking a detail-obsessed problem solver who thrives in fast-paced environments and loves high-volume execution. Ideal candidates bring:
- SaaS Expertise: 3–4 years in deal desk, sales operations, or order management within B2B SaaS.
- Tech Stack Mastery: Proven experience with CPQ tools (Salesforce, DealHub, or similar) and advanced MS Excel / Google Sheets skills.
- Financial Acumen: Strong understanding of subscription pricing models, revenue recognition principles, and quote-to-cash processes.
- Service Mindset: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills to support sales reps and handle period-end deal volume with ease.
- Work Authorization: Valid U.S. work authorization (no visa sponsorship available).
