Production continues on Netflix's upcoming live-action adult series adapting the short stories of Roald Dahl, developed under the working title Zoltar. Recent night shoots in the North of England captured dramatic moments featuring lead cast member Nicola Coughlan alongside Naomi Scott and Josh Finan. Filming also revealed two newly spotted cast additions, Kevin Bishop and Kadeem Ramsay, whose specific roles have not yet been disclosed.

In the latest set photos, Coughlan—portraying the heavily pregnant character Mary Maloney—was seen carrying a floral bag and clutching a prosthetic bump during an intense street sequence. The production schedule indicates that the cast and crew will board a cruise ship departing from Bristol on Monday, November 9, to shoot scenes at sea while traveling toward France, Santander in northern Spain, and the Mediterranean.

The project features six hour-long episodes that chronicle the troubles of a young couple stranded in a coastal town as they encounter con men, adulterers, murderous mothers, and snake charmers.
